Technical Platform Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Platform Support Specialist (technical).
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients and users in utilizing the technology platform effectively during onboarding and through ongoing support
Analyze customer needs and feedback to inform product improvements and enhance user experience
Manage the Helpdesk, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and maintaining comprehensive support documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a startup environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Science
Proficient in Google Sheets and PowerPoint
Experience with database queries for issue debugging
Strong debugging and analytical skills
