Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent
2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technology roles
Experience in a global, multicultural environment or high-growth SaaS/technology company
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and various recruitment platforms
Ability to be physically present in the office 2-3 days per week
