Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality technical talent
Manage full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and evaluate candidates
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment, preferably in the technology sector
Proven track record of successfully filling engineering roles
Strong understanding of various engineering disciplines and technical skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Must be authorized to work in the USA
