Technical Talent Sourcer
A company is looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using various methods, including Boolean search and social media platforms
Screen and qualify candidates by reviewing resumes and assessing technical skills and cultural fit
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technical recruiter or talent sourcer in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess candidate profiles
Proficiency in sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and understanding of niche coding languages
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
Experience in recruiting for specialized or niche technical roles is preferred
