A company is looking for a Senior Delivery GTM Enablement Manager. Key Responsibilities Articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions through training sessions for partners Build and maintain a community of certified MongoDB developers and architects within partner organizations Act as the subject matter expert for curriculum updates, managing end-to-end delivery and post-session engagement with learners Required Qualifications 4 to 8 years of experience in software development, consulting, sales engineering, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a technology training role Aptitude and curiosity for technology, particularly in databases and distributed systems Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners and prioritize tasks efficiently Desire to build a career in enablement Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
