A company is looking for a Telephonic Care Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Completes telephonic outreach to members and assists with scheduling provider appointments
Educates members on care gaps and connects them with community resources
Maintains schedule adherence and ensures compliance with health information regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
1+ years of call center or telephonic customer service experience
1+ years of professional experience in an office setting utilizing telephone and computer
1+ years of healthcare, insurance, or community outreach experience
Ability to work full time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules
