Temporary Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative for the Laboratory Billing Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls to address eligibility, claim, and payment issues, as well as patient scheduling and referrals
Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education
Schedule a high volume of procedures and ensure accurate order entry and information collection
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical insurance or hospital setting
Experience with high-volume call centers preferred
Data entry skills and familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
Must be available to start no later than 3/31/2025
