I need a Terraform script to provision AWS DocumentDB with the simplest and cheapest configuration. The setup should allow for mongoimport of documents without using an instance for routing or SSH. Requirements: - Use of Elastic IPs, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Amazon Web Services, Network Administration, Terraform)
