Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, and deploy software applications in lab and production environments Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless onboarding of software applications Provide technical support and troubleshooting for specified software applications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, installation, and configuration Experience with software products used for configuration and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure devices Experience with installing, testing, and deploying software and configuring protocols (e.g., ICCP, OPC-UA, API) Proficiency in installing and configuring software applications (ideally Blueframe, Zenon, Synchrowave)
