Texas Licensed Case Management Assistant
A company is looking for a Case Management Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide enrollment assistance and information regarding HIPP/Premium Assistance programs to Medicaid eligible recipients and their families
Verify, document, and investigate health care coverage for Medicaid recipients and their families
Perform accurate data entry and maintain active cases during open enrollment and premium review
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, healthcare, or government-sponsored programs
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound inquiries
Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual skills are preferred
