Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs for spiritual support and document outcomes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Respond to urgent requests such as code blues and end-of-life situations, while maintaining communication with the healthcare team Facilitate spiritual and ethical discussions, assist with family conflicts, and provide resources for patients and staff Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's Degree in Divinity, Philosophy, or Counseling from an accredited institution Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from an accredited center Master's Degree in Divinity is preferred One year of chaplaincy experience is preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Divinity, Philosophy, or Counseling from an accredited institution
Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from an accredited center
Master's Degree in Divinity is preferred
One year of chaplaincy experience is preferred
