Key Responsibilities Prequalify clients and discuss financial options Complete LPII checklist on all files and ensure timely submission to processing Communicate loan approvals and manage client relationships throughout the transaction Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of related mortgage experience in processing, underwriting, or origination Must be registered and licensed through NMLS or willing to obtain within 3 months Experience with Texas loans, especially DPA, is preferred Proficient in DU/DO, LP, and major origination systems Must be dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work 40 hours per week
