Texas Sales Commissions Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead the review of sales deals and ensure accurate commission calculations
Oversee and manage multiple commission plans, ensuring transparency and communication
Resolve commission-related issues and support internal and external audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations, with 3-5 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and sales compensation plans
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with commission tracking systems
Experience managing commission programs in large organizations
