Texas Workforce Management Analyst
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to optimize workforce operations and ensure service level adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast workload and staffing needs based on historical data analysis
Create and maintain employee schedules while optimizing staffing levels
Monitor real-time operational performance and generate workforce performance reports
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Analytics, or related roles
Proficiency in Workforce Management tools (e.g., NICE, Verint, Genesys, IEX)
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
Understanding of call center metrics and workforce optimization techniques
