Trainer

A company is looking for a Trainer to join their Education Department in a remote position. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and onsite to clients and internal employees Create and maintain training materials, including guides and documentation Collaborate with Team Leads and senior trainers to refine curriculum for onboarding and client education Required Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus 1-3 years of training, teaching, or facilitation experience, preferably with adult learners Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft applications is a plus but not required Experience with CRM software or similar systems is a bonus
