Training Specialist

A company is looking for an Associate Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and facilitate training for new hires and existing staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver technical, procedural, product, and customer service training to employees Build and respond to training plans for new and existing employees Develop training modules and maintain procedural documentation as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in training design, development, and delivery Subject matter knowledge of the aligned business area Experience with instructional design and adult learning theories preferred Proficiency in using PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other learning technologies
