Treasury Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Treasury Service Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of treasury products and client servicing. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients to support their day-to-day servicing needs Develop proactive relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their experience Coordinate client needs with internal teams and manage the resolution of client issues Required Qualifications High school education or equivalent 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services Knowledge of Cash Management products and services Ability to work independently and in team environments Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
