Principal Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for a Principal Compensation Analyst who will support compensation strategy and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Benchmark and establish sales and bonus structures for various teams
Plan communications to ensure alignment with compensation philosophy
Act as a trusted advisor, providing support on offers and job leveling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
10+ years of experience in Compensation Design or Sales Incentive Compensation Design
10+ years of analytic experience with data modeling for compensation and benefits
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Workday Advanced Compensation
Experience in implementing and refining Total Rewards policies
