Key Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership in designing and implementing competitive compensation programs
Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate pay equity and transparency initiatives
Conduct market analysis and manage financial accruals for compensation programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field
7 years of work experience in Compensation, including 2 years in Executive Compensation
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
Experience with job evaluations for senior leadership and executive positions
Knowledge of applicable compensation regulations and compliance requirements
