Unemployment Claims Analyst
A company is looking for an Unemployment Claims Analyst to analyze and respond to claim-related documents within state-mandated time limits. Key Responsibilities Review and prioritize claims to meet state-mandated deadlines Analyze case information and coordinate communication with clients and state agencies Maintain logs of actions taken on claims and assist clients with reporting Required Qualifications 2 Year associate's degree preferred or two years of customer service-related experience Previous office experience with an emphasis on organization preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
