A company is looking for a Universal Agent Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities: Assess beneficiaries to identify medical, physical, and psychosocial needs Process referrals and ensure accurate entry into the medical management system Resolve issues and discrepancies to maintain quality compliance and service levels Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or G.E.D 2+ years of experience in a health care customer service environment Experience with Microsoft Office Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred) Managed Care or TRICARE experience (preferred)
