Vendor Relations Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist III, Vendor Relations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clinical screening and background check vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Generate and manage learner payment requests for screenings and background checks, ensuring proper tracking and recording Serve as a liaison between learners, vendors, clinical sites, and internal teams, troubleshooting delays or issues in the screening process Required Qualifications A minimum of a two-year degree from an accredited institution or relevant professional experience Demonstrated experience providing customer service to multiple stakeholders Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain analysis Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint is strongly preferred
