Verification Specialist I
A company is looking for a Verification Specialist I - Part Time. Key Responsibilities Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls Document and accurately enter new or updated information received during verification calls Identify and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management Required Qualifications Two years of call center or customer service experience required Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software Strong typing skills Availability for two evening shifts per week and every other Saturday Ability to train during daytime hours for at least the first two weeks
