Key Responsibilities Understand, categorize, and diagnose customer requests efficiently through various communication channels Document customer interactions and ensure issues are fully resolved with follow-ups Assist in onboarding and training processes for customers to effectively use the products Required Qualifications Understanding of veterinary terminology and workflows Availability to work overnights and weekends 3+ years experience in a veterinary hospital (nice-to-have) Experience using or installing relevant EMR systems (nice-to-have)
