Key Responsibilities

Drive account ownership and ensure achievement of operational, financial, and commercial goals
Develop growth strategies and innovative commercial solutions to address client needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA preferred
15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in sales or general management in the CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries
Proven sales history with global responsibility and account management experience
In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry and clinical trial processes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams
