Key Responsibilities Research and resolve unpaid or underpaid Medicare insurance claims Navigate various payer systems to ensure timely and accurate claim resolutions Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote Computer competency, including typing and basic troubleshooting Healthcare experience, particularly in insurance or revenue cycle, is preferred Experience in insurance claim collections is a plus
