A company is looking for a Policy Processing Representative responsible for processing policy-related transactions accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Process new business submissions, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements in a timely manner Review and verify policy applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Provide timely service to internal and external customers and assist with underwriting tasks Required Qualifications BA/BS degree preferred, with a focus on business or technology-related fields being a plus 1 - 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance sector Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Excel and Word; SQL knowledge is a plus Ability to maintain quality and quantity standards as established by management Desire to foster teamwork in a collaborative environment
