Washington Licensed Regulatory Attorney

A company is looking for a Regulatory Investigations Attorney (In-House, Fully Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead internal investigations focused on compliance with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anticorruption/antibribery statutes Draft investigation plans and reports, conduct interviews, and review relevant documents Share investigation outcomes with corporate stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in internal/corporate or government investigations Experience from drafting investigation plans to final reports Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or in-house with a large company is preferred Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence Excellent academic credentials
