Washington Managing Attorney

A company is looking for a Managing Attorney to lead their Washington team of attorneys. Key Responsibilities Directs all activities of the Branch Legal Office in accordance with company objectives and policies Assigns litigated claims to Branch Legal Office attorneys or outside counsel as per company procedures Consults with the Claims Department on legal aspects of handling personal injury claims Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Law school degree and member in good standing of the State Bar in the relevant state At least two years as a Supervising Attorney or four years as a Senior Trial Attorney Experience in managing legal teams and overseeing case assignments Ability to develop and implement quality control measures for legal representation
