Key Responsibilities: Audit mortgage loan files for compliance and manage a daily pipeline Review closing packages and coordinate funding authorization with title companies Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with all divisions to ensure a smooth loan process Required Qualifications: 2-year college degree or equivalent mortgage experience 5+ years of recent Residential Mortgage Closing experience Experience closing 60+ loans monthly and meeting closing deadlines Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA, and DPA programs Encompass experience is required
