A company is looking for a Broker Account Executive in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerages through effective territory management and superior service
Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate strategically with individual producers
Generate reports on activities and market conditions to inform sales strategies and achieve sales goals
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably in group health insurance or brokerage
Current life, accident, and health insurance license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of starting
Consultative selling skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams
Proficiency in sales enablement technology, including Salesforce, Slack, and G-Suite
Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment and build relationships virtually
