Workday Compensation Consultant
A company is looking for a Workday Developer, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the configuration of Workday Stock Plans, Custom Stock processes, and Advanced Compensation
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, document configuration updates, and ensure best practices are followed
Collaborate with Compensation COE and HR Operations to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Required Qualifications:
Workday Stock Plan Configuration Experience (Mandatory)
Workday Advanced & Core Compensation Configuration Expertise
Minimum 7+ years of Workday configuration experience in Compensation
Prior experience launching at least 3 Annual Compensation Cycles in Workday
Strong proficiency in creating complex calculated fields and business process configurations
