Key Responsibilities Lead the HCM workstream by coaching junior consultants and managing Workday project design and delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for project requirements and planning challenges Contribute to internal business development and team growth while maintaining budgetary accountability for projects Required Qualifications 5+ years of Workday experience or 5-8 years of relevant industry experience Prior consulting experience is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel Experience in project scope and design commitments with clients Ability to tailor communication and deliver difficult messages effectively
