Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive workforce development strategy aligned with organizational priorities
Build and scale career pathway programs to attract and retain a skilled workforce
Forge partnerships with government agencies and educational institutions to enhance workforce development initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in workforce development or related HR functions in a large organization
4+ years in a management role with experience in leading and coaching direct reports
Master's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Public Policy, or a related field preferred
Proven success in designing and executing large-scale workforce initiatives
Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and workforce-related public policy
