3D Environment Artist
A company is looking for a 3D Environment Artist.
Key Responsibilities
Build high and low resolution models, including hard surface and organic, UVs, textures and materials for Environment
Create new 3D props and environments specifically for PCG systems
Collaborate with the Art and Level Design teams to ensure environments support gameplay mechanics and narrative
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a 3D Environment Artist with expertise in hard surface modeling and organic shapes
High proficiency in ZBrush, Substance Painter, Designer, Unity, 3D Max or Maya, and Photoshop
Professional knowledge of environment creation pipelines and workflows for game development
Experience creating vegetation assets and strong environmental composition skills
Ability to manage content for games in an optimized and performant manner
