Absence Claims Director
A company is looking for an Absence Claims Associate Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Absence Claims Operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational plans, resource allocation strategies, and performance targets for the department
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency
Lead and oversee complex departmental projects from initiation to successful completion
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
5+ years of experience in absence management or disability management in a corporate or consulting environment required
5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
Microsoft Office experience required
Demonstrated sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
