Key Responsibilities Implement and ship robust, secure, and highly available features to the backend PHP API Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests Collaborate with CloudOps and Product team members to enhance systems data collection for observability and performance monitoring Required Qualifications 3+ years of work experience with PHP and the Laravel framework Experience in writing and scaling REST APIs returning JSON Strong understanding of API authentication mechanisms, preferably OAuth2 / OIDC and JSON Web Tokens Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Microservice, and API architecture Strong knowledge of MySQL, including writing and reviewing complex queries and performance tuning
