Key Responsibilities Analyze Physician and Facility accounts accurately and productively Identify, research, and forward problem accounts for resolution Serve as a resource for staff as needed Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred Two years of collections, finance/accounting, or medical billing experience required One year of experience equivalent to an Account Analyst level I role required Experience or training in EPIC Software, ICD-9, or CPT, and medical terminology required Two years of medical business office experience preferred
