Account Coordinator, Advertising
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator, Advertising & Sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for external clients and brands on assigned campaigns, managing client expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, meeting timelines and project milestones
Develop workflows and document best practices to enhance internal efficiencies in media execution and partnership management
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years in account management, brand partnerships, advertising, or a related field
Proven experience in client-facing roles, including managing expectations and delivering exceptional service
Proficiency in CRM and Project Management tools for managing workflows and generating performance reports
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
