Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Farm & Ranch business, developing relationships with Key Accounts to drive sales growth
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies that maximize sales and improve profitability
Collaborate with internal teams to execute account plans and ensure customer program requirements are met
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Apparel accounts
Proven wholesale experience
Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Ability to leverage consumer insights to drive sales growth
