A company is looking for an Account Review Specialist I to support operations in a remote collections contact center. Key Responsibilities Researches and gathers account information, investigates troubled accounts, and contacts patients to resolve non-routine matters Collects and documents demographic information from patients while responding to inquiries and resolving disputes Identifies opportunities to streamline departmental functions and ensures compliance with industry laws and regulations Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED (Completed or Actively Enrolled) 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer service capacity preferred 1+ year(s) of experience in multi-tasking, specifically in data entry and web-based research preferred Exposure to the collections industry and healthcare revenue cycle preferred Proficient in typing 45 words per minute required
