Accounting Specialist
A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to provide general ledger accounting duties and technical assistance to the Internal Financial Reporting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform accounting duties, including preparing general ledger entries and performing reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
Provide customer service support to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and preparing financial statements
Participate as an effective Finance team member, identifying opportunities for improvement and assisting with departmental projects
Required Qualifications:
Degree in accounting or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn and utilize specialized software
Commitment to continuous learning and high ethical standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
