A company is looking for a Multifamily Trade Ally Manager to support the implementation of residential multifamily energy efficiency programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with contractors and trade organizations Recruit contractors into the multifamily program based on needs and priorities Provide ongoing support and training to contractors regarding program updates and requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in contractor or trades management Previous management experience in training and recruitment Proven success in engaging contractors, unions, and trade organizations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects New Jersey residency required
