Accounts Administrator
A company is looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage financial processes and support accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing and payment processing
Reconcile bank accounts and prepare month-end financial reports and journal entries
Assist in budget preparation and provide administrative support to the executive and operational teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a bookkeeping or staff accountant role
Strong understanding of financial recordkeeping, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR management
Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with Acumatica is a plus but not required
