Bilingual Case Management Associate
A company is looking for a REMOTE Case Management Associate (Bi-Lingual). Key Responsibilities Coordinates with Case Managers for outreach to unenrolled families Tracks and documents case status in the database Communicates program information to families and facilitates follow-up calls Required Qualifications 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare environment High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Fluency in English and bi-lingual in Spanish required Call center (outbound) experience strongly preferred Insurance/payor experience preferred
