A company is looking for a Business Liaison II focused on ACH Processing. Key Responsibilities Manage communication and relationships between the organization and customers, serving as a point of contact for unresolved issues Participate in defining requirements and implementing changes for new customers migrating to the data center Assist with ACH processing and monitor call queues for problem resolution within designated timeframes Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience working with ACH transactions Strong organizational skills Ability to work in an on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays
