A company is looking for a Voice Analyst - IVR CYARA. Key Responsibilities Create and audit test scripts based on technical documentation and user story acceptance criteria Execute test cases and document testing results for sign-off and validation Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to identify and document defects Required Qualifications Expert knowledge of IVR automation software Cyara Experience with NLU-based IVR applications Familiarity with Genesys CX Cloud and Genesys Architect tool preferred Experience with AGILE methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence Knowledge of industry standards and quality control techniques
