Key Responsibilities Build and scale an Active Directory security consulting practice, developing methodologies for assessments and architecture reviews Leverage vendor tools for AD recovery, monitoring, and compliance enforcement, while integrating advanced security capabilities Identify opportunities to expand services into Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cloud Security, including Zero Trust principles Qualifications Extensive experience in Active Directory security consulting or administration, with expertise in IAM and Cloud Security technologies Proven track record of building or scaling a consulting practice and identifying service expansion opportunities Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks during mergers and acquisitions and strategies for mitigation Experience with vendor tools such as Semperis, Cayosoft, Tenable, and CrowdStrike Preferred Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) and additional certifications in IAM or Cloud Security (e.g., Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Security - Specialty)
