Key Responsibilities Compile and organize decision files for rulemaking efforts Prepare searchable indices and categorize documents relevant to rulemakings Support FOIA response preparation and maintain administrative records for potential court submission Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience related to decision files and FOIA response Knowledge of Freedom of Information Act exemption categories Experience with document management and indexing Understanding of administrative record requirements for litigation Familiarity with Section 508 compliance requirements
