Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between all parties related to loan closing, including borrower, attorney, and Title Company Prepare Commitment Letters, escrow analysis, and Closing Statements for loan closings Review loan documents for compliance with Fannie Mae and Lender guidelines and resolve related issues Required Qualifications and Education 2+ years of commercial or multifamily real estate loan closing experience required Knowledge of Fannie Mae DUS lending products and systems strongly preferred Ability to prioritize workload and manage several complex projects simultaneously Strong analytical and judgment skills Regular and reliable attendance required; occasional domestic travel may be necessary
