The Role: Design stunning real estate websites using our proprietary Spark Editor (similar to Elementor, Divi, WPBakery—training provided). Work closely with Project Managers to follow project timelines and milestones. Simultaneously manage multiple Semi-Custom and Custom website design projects. Maintain proactive, clear communication and documentation for project updates. Requirements: Location: North America, South America or Europe (to align with our teams). Proven experience building websites in WordPress is required. Familiarity with popular WordPress visual builders (Elementor, Divi, Oxygen) or similar is a huge plus. Strong proficiency in CSS3, SCSS, HTML, and responsive design. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Compensation & Hours: Hourly Rate: $15–$25 USD/hr (based on experience). Hours: 40 hours/week, aligned with EST working hours. Remote: Fully remote.
